- Club of The Year
- Life Membership
- Award of Merit
- Service Award
Please note the below closing dates for the Award Categories
- Club of the Year Saturday 15 June 2019
- Life Memberships prior to 1 September 2019
- Award of Merit & Service Award prior to 1 October 2019

There is no standard application form for this award. Applications are accepted in any electronic form to address and provide evidence in addressing the guidelines of the Club of the Year Award.
PLEASE NOTE: Clubs that nominate for the Swimming Australia Club of the Year Award are also encouraged to submit an application for the SwimmingSA Club of the Year.
