Event Details

AM Sessions - Gates Open:  7.30 am  Warm Up:  7.45 am Start Time:  9.00 am

PM Sessions - Gates Open:  3.30 pm  Warm Up:  3.45 pm Start Time:  5.00 pm

Relay Session - Gates Open:  1pm  Warm Up:  1:15pm Start Time:  2:45pm 

  • Note March On will be conducted before Relay Session

Race Entries Close:  Monday 26 August 2024 at 9:00 am

Coach, Team Manager & Official Accreditations Close: Monday 2nd September at 9am

    Time qualifying period 1 October 2021 – close of entries

    Time qualifying course – LC & SC times accepted. No conversions accepted.

    Qualifying times apply to all individual events

     

    All Relays 4 x 50 except All Age Freestyle Relay which is 8 x 50

    Max Number of Teams per Club per Relay:

    8 - 12's                                       3 Teams

    10-14's, 12-16's, 14-18's            2 Teams

    All Age                                        1 Team

     

    All Age Freestyle Relay comprises of 1 Male and 1 Female in each age grpoup to be swum alternating gender:

     

    12 & Under

     

    13 - 14

     

    15 - 16

     

    17 & Over

  • Finals & Medals

    • Timed Finals

    All events will be swum as timed finals, seeded by Time.

     

    Medals

    Medals will be awarded in the following age groups for individual events for both males and females.

    • 50m, 100m, 200m Free and IM: 11Years, 12Years
    • Relay medals as per the age of the event
  • Accreditation and Ticketing

    • All spectator ticketing is available via Swim Central - Click Here

    • All session passes only available online.
    • Prices higher at the gate (card only), pre-purchase online to save. 

    All Officials, Coaches & Team Support must nominate for accreditaiton prior to 9am 2nd September 2024
