Please Note: Session 1 and 2 are both on Thursday commencing at 4:30pm.
In Session 1 which is in LONG COURSE OUTDOOR POOL swimmers may only enter up to 4 Individual Swims and 2 Relays
In Session 2 which is in SHORT COURSE INDOOR POOL swimmers may enter up to 3 Individual Swims and 2 Relays

Qualifying times apply and must be achieved to enter the event and be eligible to swim in a final
Time qualifying period 1 October 2020 – close of entries
Time qualifying course – LC & SC times allowed
Minimum age applies – Country Individual 11 years, Country Relay 8 years
Clubs are permitted to enter 1 team in each of the following age groups: 8-12 | 10-14 | 12-16 | 14-18 | Open
Multi-Class Mixed Gender/Team Relays will be available for swimmers nominated for the meet.

Swimming Australia Coach Education Programs are delivered via a blended format of online knowledge learning, face to face workshops delivered by subject matter experts, practical assessment tasks where coaches have an opportunity to demonstrate their applied knowledge, and practical experience under the guidance of a mentor.
