Swimmers may swim up to 8 Individual Events.

Age Group 11-29 comprises of 11/12, 13-16 and 17-29

Super Cuts Shield is 4x50 scratch medley relay with 2 males and 2 females.

Event 35 & 36 – Skins 50 Freestyle multi heat event with prize money for 1st, 2nd & 3rd

Female to be swum first then Males.

The fastest nine (seven plus two reserves) will be selected from the 50 scratch Freestyle for female & male Skins. The selected swimmers will be announced at lunch break & will need to confirm their intention to swim or withdraw within 30 mins. Any withdrawals will be offered to the nominated reserves. Disqualifications will be eliminated. If no disqualifications, then the slowest two swimmers will be eliminated after first heat. If no disqualifications, then the slowest swimmer will be eliminated after heat two or more until there are only three swimmers. Prizes will be allocated according to the placings in the final heat. All heats start from the same end with a 90 second gap.
