Development Meets

What is a Development Meet?

A Development Meet is an opportunity for all swimmers aged 11&U and swimmers aged 12&O who have not acheived a Division 1 break time to compete for improvement points. This meet falls into the development strand of the new competition structure and will occur once eachy LC and SC season.

The aim of a Development Meet is to reward swimmers who improve on their personal best rather than focusing attention on those swimmers who place in the top 10 of their event.

How does it work?
