Secure your ticket to Trials

28 May 2021

Join us and witness history in the making as the biggest names in Australian swimming compete for their ticket to Tokyo!

Swimming Australia is delighted to announce tickets are now on sale for the 2021 Australian Swimming Trials.

Taking place at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre between 12-17 June, spectators will have the chance to soak up six nights of scintillating racing and witness dreams come true.

Who will be the surprise selection and who will make their second, third or fourth Games? It’s live sport at its best and we want you there!

Following their first national hit out in April at the Australian Swimming Championships, the athletes will be looking to reach new heights as they endeavour to swim under the Olympic and Paralympic qualifying times.

Hometown hero and Rio gold medallist, Marion’s Kyle Chalmers, will be striving to make his second Australian team and defend his 100m freestyle crown, while young backstroke specialist Kaylee McKeown will be seeking to make her first Games appearance.

Belgravia teammates, Brenden Hall and Lakeisha Patterson, are hoping to once again don the green and gold on the world stage and continue their dominance in the 400m freestyle events, while six-time Paralympic gold medallist Ellie Cole will be gunning to make her fourth team.

The Australian Paralympic Team will be announced following finals on Wednesday 16 June, while the Australian Olympic Team will be announced at the conclusion of the event on Thursday 17 June.
